Job Description

  • Develop growth strategy on both financially and customer gain
  • Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs
  • Promote company's products/services
  • Achieve both short term and long term objectives
  • Build short term and long term relationship with clients
  • Approach and drive new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the transition process to ensure the proposal commitments are delivered.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Facility Management
  • Previous selling, marketing and supervisory/leadership experience 
  • Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills are required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, client's customers, and support staff
  • Capability to respond effectively to changing demands
  • Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
